In today's highly competitive world of financial services and keeping up to their reputation, Commonwealth Bank and Financial Wisdom were looking to assist their Advisers having greater online exposure, while complying with regulations and retain brand consistency.

Solutions

By developing Financial Wisdom X-sites the system enabled the Advisers to create turnkey personalised websites. Users are provided with a tool to search for their nearest Financial Adviser, by innovating the Financial Wisdom public website through our customized management system.

Features

Personalisation – The software creates a website from entered Advisers personal data and business focus;
Security - Content access is restricted by a security clearance;
Compliance - Advisers are complying with financial services guidelines and regulations following an approval workflow system;
Benchmarking - Easy to use tool gives the Advisers key perfomance indicators like revenue, number of staff and clients under management, with which they can benchmark themseleves against other Advisers within the Group;
Searching - Software that enables the users of the public website to search Advisers by postcode or suburb and instantly providing names and detail.

Solutions

A complex CRM and workflow system has been developed by OneIT to support the quick expansion. The new system allows UNLTD Solar to actively track and analyse their activities at any moment, better manage inventory and clients whilst significantly improving communication.

Features

Assigns leads and prospects to sales representatives
Generates quotes and contracts, tracks conversations and sales
Interfaces with Federal and State governments for grant notifications, as well as external parties such a Western Power and Clean Energy Council
Tracking of inventory, assign installers and managing installations

Candidate Management System (HR)

Toxfree’s innovative web-based Candidate Management database makes the application and review process significantly more efficient by linking with seek.com.au.

Issues

Toxfree is one of Australia's premier integrated waste management and industrial service companies. With over 30 facilities across Australia, they provide sustainable and innovative waste management solutions for a wide variety of hazardous and non hazardous waste.
Their workforce is over 800-strong, and the majority of employees are under short-term contracts. Frequently, when projects finish, contractors apply for alternative positions. This complicates the application and review process. Under the old manual system, this was a very time consuming process that increased the risk of error.

Solutions

OneIT delivered a customised web-based Candidate Management System that receives, filters and manages any job applications submitted via seek.com.au.

Features

Allows for multiple administrators to have password access
Entry of job applications from Seek direct to the database became smoother and automated
When existing contractors reapply for job applications their existing profile is automatically archived, merged and updated
Each application received is filed in a job specific database
Users can filter applicants by rating as they progress through each level
Automatically generated email and SMS notifications to all applicants
Additionally, we provided a ‘quick-view’ report allowing database administrators to quickly and easily view the status of a specific applicant.

Benefits

The new system eliminates the risk and time of manual data entry. It also centralises and improves the job application process, right from the first posting on Seek to correspondence and selection of the successful candidate. The system makes it easy for new staff to learn and improves process for existing staff applying for new projects.

Visualisation, Quote & Sales System

Consolidating quoting and data management into one system saved Sercher Seismic a significant amount of time and allows them to be more proactive in their sales process.

Issues

Searcher Seismic provides high quality, non-exclusive seismic datasets and associated products to some of the world largest oil and gas companies. The access to the data library consisting of both 2D/3D reprocessing and 2D/3D acquisition products, was slow and with limited functionality. Additionally, the Access database was not integrated with their sales system.

Solutions

The newly developed integrated system provides the Searcher Seismic sales team with a tool to easily identify the data their clients currently own and to visualise complex spatial information. It also helps them to easily identify and recommend new information that might be useful to their clients.
