Terms & Conditions

  1. A referral is considered valid if the candidate mentions you as a reference in their application. However you may choose to email a weekly summary of the candidates that you’d referred to support your claim.
  2. A 25% payout will be made when the referred candidate has been interviewed and selected.
  3. The remaining 75% is paid out when the candidate completes probation which is typically 6 months but may be extended in certain cases.
  4. Payment will be made as per your selected payment channel PayPal or Transfer wise (paid into your account)
  5. OneIT reserves the right to stop referral bonus when recruitment requirements have been met.
