Our customer service officers are working directly with customers to meet their needs, answer their questions and provide support., therefore excellent communication skills is imperative. As this role is heavily biased towards data projects, it is critical that you have a keen interest in data generally, and how data is used in the commercial world, and understand how to interpret customer requirements into technical teams and be able to follow up.
